Involved in business development and running sales, design and surveying teams that have been involved in the design, supply and installation of both residential and commercial EV infrastructure, Solar and Battery storage

10+ years in the solar industry having worked for 6 years at EON within the solar sales and survey team. Experience in both solar design, building fabric and residential surveying. 

Mike is fairly new to the energy industry, but since joining OVO has been working closely with the Charge Anytime product, along with helping facilitate the installation of EV Chargers for OVO engineers and their fleet vehicles. Alongside this he has a keen interest in the new technologies being developed to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

Laura is fairly new to the energy industry, but since joining OVO has been working with her team of Zero Carbon Living Operational Experts in supporting customers with a range of Zero Carbon living products, and working with the product teams. She has a keen interest in EV cars, with experience with a range of manufacturers and is passionate about supporting others to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

James has been working with EV chargers for the past 2 years specialising in end to end 
journeys for customers from point of sale to installation. Since coming to OVO, his 
responsibilities have included speaking with customers regarding Charge Anytime and 
other sustainable products OVO has. 

Chris has in excess of 15 years of experience within the energy efficiency markets, working closely with local authorities and social housing providers, helping them design and deliver retrofit energy efficiency projects by way of utilizing government & external third-party funding. Chris' role within OVO extends to the project sponsor level on some of the larger schemes, meaning that, knowledge of the full process or retrofit assessment, design & coordination - technical assessment - cost approval & funding application - installation & completion sign-and off is paramount.

My focus is mainly on solar and EVs. I came from account management so good understanding of salesforce and the energy side of things.

Darren is part of the Zero Carbon Living Operational Support team, supporting customers in their Path to Zero. He has worked across Charge anytime, and most recently involved in Solar installations and other ZCL Products during his time with the team. He has a passion for supporting others in their Zero Carbon living endeavours.

Ashley is an experienced professional with 7 years of experience in the energy industry. They have a keen interest in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and have been following the latest developments in this field. They are passionate about promoting sustainable transportation and believe that EVs are the future of the automotive industry. In their free time, they enjoy reading about new technologies and innovations in the energy sector.

Qualified and experienced DEA/Retrofit Assessor. 10+ years in the role of an active field-based surveyor who has recently made the step up to Senior DEA and will be managing the next cohort of Energy Experts for OVO ZCL. Greig is responsible for the quality, accuracy and compliance of the surveyor output, and for looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

Alan has worked with OVO for 7 years, progressing from a Smart meter engineer to coach before transitioning to smart support, customer services and now the EV survey team,
