TICKETS & ARRIVAL

What is the COST OF TICKETS for Everything Electric LONDON?

Standard tickets are available to purchase for a single day, two days and three-days. 

Concessions are available for SENIOR CITIZENS (65+ years old), STUDENTS & BLUE LIGHT CARD holders with relevant proof of identity. Entry is free for CHILDREN of 15 years and under, as well as for CARERS of disabled visitors. There will also be a discounted price for individuals that support Robert Llewellyn’s Fully Charged SHOW via a paid-for YouTube membership or PATREONS crowdfunding site.

I'm having issues with my booking or need my tickets to be resent. Who should I contact?

For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please get in touch with SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Once on the portal enter your reference number which can be found in your confirmation email and either your postcode, phone number or e-mail address. Once in the portal, you will have different option in regards to ticket issues, but will also be able to request your confirmation email to be resent or even download your tickets.

If you have lost your reference number, please follow the ‘Forgotten your details?’ instructions.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and the same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

 

What provisions are there at the London ExCeL for DISABLED VISITORS?

ExCel London has accessible facilities onsite.

Parking

There are* 80 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site across Orange car park.

Please note: Carers accompanying a disabled attendee will be able to access the event FREE OF CHARGE.

Mobility scooter hire at ExCeL London

Mobility scooters are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability so please email your enquiry to info@excel.london and they will confirm if there is one available for you to borrow.

A form of ID (such as a driving licence, a passport, etc.) will be held as surety for the daily period of the loan.

I'm a member of the MEDIA, how do I register?

Our passes for media are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the industry. This is a vetted process and we reserve the right to approve/reject applications based on our internal guidelines.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, e-tickets on smartphones are sufficient to access the show.

What do I need to do when I get to the show?

On arrival to Everything Electric LONDON please have your e-ticket ready to be scanned, either available on your phone or a printed copy.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Limited tickets are available to purchase onsite, so we do recommend purchased your tickets online in advance of the show

What are the OPENING TIMES at Everything Electric LONDON?

The show is open from 10am – 5pm on Thursday & Friday, and 10am to 4pm Saturday.

How do I get to the show?

Is there ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING at Everything Electric LONDON?

While we know many visitors will drive and want to charge while they are at the event, there is very limited EV charging facilities.

As such, we strongly recommend that visitors plan their journeys to charge on the way to and from Everything Electric LONDON, as visitors will not be able to charge on site.

What OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS are there near ExCeL London?

Are DOGS (or other animals) welcome to attend?

Animals are not permitted at the Venue with the exception of accredited guide, assistance and hearing dogs in the company of its registered owner.
Accredited dogs must display a companion vest / lead for ease of identification.

What VISITOR ATTRACTIONS can I expect at Everything Electric LONDON?

In short, you can expect an electrifying day out! Information on our visitor attractions, including the live sessions, exhibitors and sponsors will be published prior to the event.

How many LIVE SESSIONS are there and what will they cover?

There will be 40+ live sessions in the two theatres over the three days.

Please note that the content will NOT be the same on each day, so please bear that in mind when you are considering which day to attend.

Live sessions will be hosted by Robert Llewellyn and Fully Charged Show presenters and will cover a number of relevant topics. There is no booking system for these events, so seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will there be TEST DRIVES at Everything Electric LONDON? How do I book these?

Yes! There will be thousands of EV test drives available per day across the manufacturers. 

Test drives will be on a first come first served basis and will need to be booked directly with the manufacturers at the event. As such we recommend you book these early on the day/s you are attending to avoid disappointment.

Child booster seats will not be provided by any car manufacturers at Everything Electric LONDON. If you wish a child to participate in a test drive please bring a booster seat with you.

Important information – If you would like to participate in a test drive at Everything Electric LONDON you will need to register with the manufacturer on the day.

Please note – You must have a valid driver's license to take part in the Test Drives so please ensure you have this with you on the day.  Additional checks may be required by manufacturers in addition to this.

 It goes without saying that NO drinking is allowed before test rides please.

What do I need to bring for an electric motorbike test drive?

To test ride the bikes at the event you’ll need to bring your own suitable riding gear (crash helmet mandatory and motorcycle gloves, jacket and boots recommended).

You will also need to show your full motorcycle licence (with less than 6 points, although rules may vary according to manufacturer). It goes without saying that NO drinking is allowed before test rides please.

There will be limited availability and test rides will be booked directly with manufacturers at the event. Most but not all bikes will be available to ride.

What FOOD & DRINK is available at Everything Electric LONDON?

Visitors to Everything Electric LONDON will be able to purchase from a wide-range of range of catering outlets catering for a range of dietary needs including: gluten-free, vegetarians and vegans.

We ask all visitors to respect the personal space around each other.

Limited socially distanced seating will be available within the theatres.

Do you require VOLUNTEERS to support the show?

We receive numerous requests from volunteer’s keen to support the show. We are very grateful, but there is a team of event professionals allocated to all of the organisational aspects of Everything Electric LONDON.
