Standard tickets are available to purchase for a single day or both days. 

Concessions are available for Senior Citizens (65+ years old), Students & Blue Light Card holders with relevant proof of identity.

Entry is free for children of 15 years and under, as well as for carers of disabled visitors. There will also be a discounted price for individuals that support Robert Llewellyn’s Fully Charged SHOW via a paid-for YouTube membership or Patreon crowdfunding site.

EE NORTH: There is dedicated parking for Blue Badge holders, and you are able to rent a wheelchair or mobility scooter through their services. Please visit the Great Yorkshire Events Centre FAQ page for more information on this.

EE WEST: Disabled parking for The Centaur at Cheltenham Racecourse is primarily located in the dedicated Accessible Car Parks within the racecourse grounds. The main accessible parking area is the Blue 2 car park (previously referred to as Red 2 in older guides), located near the North Entrance.

Our passes for media are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the industry. This is a vetted process and we reserve the right to approve/reject applications based on our internal guidelines.

No, e-tickets on smartphones are sufficient to access the show.

On arrival to Everything Electric please have your e-ticket ready to be scanned, either available on your phone or a printed copy.

Limited tickets are available to purchase onsite, so we do recommend purchased your tickets online in advance of the show.

Please do note, this is a cashless event and CASH payments will not be accepted.

While we know many visitors will drive and want to charge while they are at the event, there is very limited EV charging facilities.

As such, we strongly recommend that visitors plan their journeys to charge on the way to and from Everything Electric, as visitors will not be able to charge on-site.

Animals are not permitted at the Venue with the exception of accredited guide, assistance and hearing dogs in the company of its registered owner.
Accredited dogs must display a companion vest / lead for ease of identification.

There will be 20+ live sessions in various theatres over the two days.

Please note that the content will NOT be the same on each day, so please bear that in mind when you are considering which day to attend.

Live sessions will be hosted by Robert Llewellyn and Everything Electric presenters, and will cover a number of relevant topics. There is no booking system for these events, so seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes! There will be thousands of EV test drives available per day across the manufacturers. 

Test drives will be on a first come first served basis and will need to be booked directly with the manufacturers at the event. As such we recommend you book these early on the day/s you are attending to avoid disappointment.

Child booster seats will not be provided by any car manufacturers at Everything Electric. If you wish a child to participate in a test drive please bring a booster seat with you.

Important information – If you would like to participate in a test drive at Everything Electric you will need to register with the manufacturer on the day.

Please note – You must have a valid driver's license to take part in the Test Drives so please ensure you have this with you on the day.  Additional checks may be required by manufacturers in addition to this.

 It goes without saying that NO drinking is allowed before test rides please.

To test ride the bikes at the event you’ll need to bring your own suitable riding gear (crash helmet mandatory and motorcycle gloves, jacket and boots recommended).

You will also need to show your full motorcycle licence (with less than 6 points, although rules may vary according to manufacturer). It goes without saying that NO drinking is allowed before test rides please.

There will be limited availability and test rides will be booked directly with manufacturers at the event. Most but not all bikes will be available to ride.

Visitors to Everything Electric will be able to purchase from a wide range of catering outlets catering for a range of dietary needs including: gluten-free, vegetarians and vegans.

We receive numerous requests from volunteers keen to support the show. We are very grateful, but there is a team of event professionals allocated to all of the organisational aspects of Everything Electric.
