What provisions are there at the Farnborough International for DISABLED VISITORS?

Farnborough International has accessible facilities onsite.
Part of the event is outdoors, primarily on a hardstand with some grassed areas.

Parking
Accessible parking will be located near the event entry. Accessible Car park will be given on a first-come, first-served basis and attendees will need to display their Blue Badge in their windshield.

Final details will be sent out via email to all ticket holders

Please note: Carers accompanying a disabled attendee will be able to access the event FREE OF CHARGE.

Is there ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING at Everything Electric?

Everything Electric is again going to be the UK’s largest-ever gathering of electric vehicles, thanks to many – and perhaps most – of our visitors arriving in them.

While we know many visitors will want to charge at Farnborough while they are at the event, there is currently no venue in the UK that could cope with thousands of electric vehicles simultaneously.

As such, we strongly recommend that visitors plan their journeys to charge on the way to and from Everything Electric, as visitors will not be able to charge on site.

Check the local charging options.

What OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS are there near Farnborough?

A list of nearby hotels is available online here.

Are DOGS (or other animals) welcome to attend?

Animals are not permitted at the Venue with the exception of accredited guide, assistance and hearing dogs in the company of its registered owner.
Accredited dogs must display a companion vest / lead for ease of identification.

Will there be TEST DRIVES at Everything Electric? How do I book these?

Yes! There will be thousands of EV test drives available per day across the manufacturers.

Test drives will be on a first come first served basis and will need to be booked directly with the manufacturers at the event. As such we recommend you book these early on the day/s you are attending to avoid disappointment.

Child booster seats will not be provided by any car manufacturers at Everything Electric. If you wish a child to participate in a test drive please bring a booster seat with you.

Important information – If you would like to participate in a test drive at Everything Electric you will need to register with the manufacturer on the day.

Please obtain a DVLA Licence Check Code online, in advance of the event. This is a free service provided by the DVLA – codes are valid for 21 days from issue. Please visit: DVLA Website

Please note – additional license checks may be required by manufacturers in addition to this - please ensure you have your driving license with you on the day.

What do I need to bring for an electric motorbike test drive?

To test ride the bikes at the event you’ll need to bring your own suitable riding gear (crash helmet mandatory and motorcycle gloves, jacket and boots recommended).

You will also need to show your full motorcycle licence (with less than 6 points, although rules may vary according to manufacturer) and please don’t forget to get your DVLA licence check code prior to the event. It goes without saying that NO drinking is allowed before test rides please.

There will be limited availability and test rides will be booked directly with manufacturers at the event. Most but not all bikes will be available to ride.
