Net Zero Energy Solutions
Portia has 25 years of energy industry experience in both operational and mega-project environments. Pivoting her career in 2023, she founded Net Zero Engineering Solutions and Batteries on Wheels, with a focus on accelerating the scaling of bidirectional charging in Australia.
She is the Autoskills Australia 2025 Churchill Fellowship recipient to accelerate Vehicle-to-Grid deployment in Australia by learning from leading global initiatives.
She is also leading work on the iMOVE IEP2 project "Utrecht to Australia" and partnering with Adelaide University and RAA on the iMOVE project "V2G in South Australia - Consumer Insights".
