He has developed ideas/concepts and worked in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to turn these ideas into products and services ready for commercial launch.
Bill has had many years of experience providing retrofit advice both direct to homeowners and to large corporate organisations and understands the benefits and pitfalls of the current building performance process and certification.
