Simon Clark

Simon Clark is a science communicator from Bath, UK. After finishing his PhD in atmospheric physics at the University of Exeter, he started creating videos on his eponymous YouTube channel about various topics in Earth and climate science, accruing over half a million subscribers and fifty million views to date. Alongside this work he wrote Firmament, an introduction to and history of atmospheric science, which was named as a Waterstone Science Book of the Year 2022. This year he was awarded the Emerging Communicator Award by the Royal Meteorological Society.
