Russell is the Founder and Managing Director of award-winning consultancy Parity Projects, acquired earlier in 2024 by CoreLogic, the largest global provider of property information and insights. Its mission has been to break down the information barrier to retrofit through provision of independent and expert advice. Over the past nineteen years it has provided independent advice to property-owners across tenures and at all scales, and has analysed 14 million homes for clients, across tenures and sectors, identifying how to meet cost, comfort and carbon goals. He is also the founder and Director of RetrofitWorks; a multi-stakeholder cooperative, matching property owners and community groups with local, certified retrofit professionals and trades under one administration, and the National Retrofit Hub. Russell offers deep insights into the challenges and opportunities facing retrofit at individual and stock level, drawing on his experience in project delivery across the country.
