Richard is a Regional Account Manager for the Energy Saving Trust within the Local Government Support Programme, offering support & advice on EV strategy, procurement and sustainable travel. Working closely with colleagues managing the OZEV on-street residential chargepoint scheme (ORCS) and Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure scheme (LEVI)​ and supporting the transition to electric vehicles.
