Passionate about decarbonising homes, since completing her doctorate in 2012 Nic has been developing new products and technologies designed to help people reduce their carbon emissions. Originally joining Hometree in 2022, as director of product, Nic has overseen the customer lifecycle from acquisition, through maintenance and repairs, to decarbonisation upgrades. She is spearheading the company’s sustainability strategy and the mission to decarbonise millions of UK homes.
