Claire works at Energy Systems Catapult, as senior manager for the Living Lab and Whole Energy Systems Accelerator: a trials facility of over 4000 UK homes who test new low carbon energy innovations. She has a background in product management and design for internet of things applications, including many EV, smart heating, and home energy management products. She is the lead author of the successful O’Reilly book ‘Designing Connected Products’.
