An Operational & Business improvement expert with over 35 years of industry experience in multiple sectors including FMCG, Food, Construction, Automotive Supply Chain, and latterly green technology businesses.

Chris has held several senior positions across many international businesses and has a reputation for organisational change, team and culture development and delivering high performance in manufacturing.

Chris was CEO at Hyperdrive Innovation; a battery systems specialist company which was acquired by Turntide Technologies in May 2021, with Chris leading the Sale process and achieving a positive outcome for both the shareholders of Hyperdrive, and the purchaser.

Since the acquisition of Hyperdrive and two other businesses in the North East of England by the Turntide Technologies Group in the UK, Chris moved into the position of Senior Vice-President within the US based Turntide Technologies Group, of which Turntide Transport is part of the portfolio offering. His role at Turntide Technologies helped develop solutions that helped reduce the impact of climate change.

Stepping away from Turntide Technologies in 2024, Chris has embarked on a solo career and started DFV Management Services has and developed a portfolio of clients where support across all areas of the business is offered. Sectors supported include, lithium Recycling, Hydrogen, CEM, Micromachining, and battery technologies.

In 2025 Chris formally joined STN Power Systems to head up the OakEV commercialisation plan, including the Go to Market offering, setting up the manufacturing operations and supporting the  brand building side of the business.
