Ben is the Customer Operations Director for Octopus Energy's Low Carbon Tech business. Octopus are the UK's largest electricity supplier and power 8 millions homes globally across 18 countries. In his role as Customer Operations Director, Ben provides leadership to the teams responsible for ensuring customers buying low carbon products such as heat pumps and EV chargers, are supported fully in their journey to reducing reliance on fossil fuels.  This includes accessing the financial support that is available to drive mass adoption of these technologies and delivery of support mechanisms to help navigate many of the barriers that sadly still exist today for customers seeking the transition to low carbon products.

Ben has over 20 years experience in the energy industry working for some of the largest energy suppliers in the market.  He has helped deliver growth in those companies in roles that have primarily focussed on launching new business areas geared to driving the energy transition through low carbon tech.
