With 14 years of experience in the energy sector, Ben has held pivotal roles at prominent energy and advisory companies in Europe and Latin America, including E.ON, KPMG, and Faro Energy. With a passion for innovation and sustainability, he joined as one of the first employees at both Faro Energy and then 3ti in 2019. Ben served as 3ti's COO before being appointed CEO in 2024.
