As the Head of Supply chain at RenewableUK Ajai is working to make sure the supply chain is there to meet the UK’s ambitious deployment needs. Further to this he is looking to ensure the UK realises the opportunity in this by ensuring that as much of the systems and services that the Offshore wind industry needs, comes from the UK. For the large part of his career Ajai has been an Electrical Engineer, designing, building and operating offshore wind farms projects, ranging from Lynn & Inner Dowsing to Dogger Bank. In his spare time he is a director of a local cooperative solar project, trustee of the Green Power Education Trust and EV enthusiast.
