Technology & Safety

• CTB (Cell-to-Body) Technology: the battery (Blade Battery) is integrated into the body structure, forming a strong “sandwich” to increase structural rigidity. They quote a torsional rigidity of 40,500 N·m/° — something in the luxury car performance range. BYD

• Blade Battery: Lithium iron phosphate chemistry; passed severe safety tests including the nail penetration test, where no smoke or fire resulted. It maintains safety under stress. BYD

• iTAC (Intelligence Torque Adaption Control) System: Helps with handling, distributing drive torque smartly to avoid skidding, improve stability and comfort. BYD
