Richard is a Regional Account Manager for the Energy Saving Trust within the Local Government Support Programme, offering support & advice on EV strategy, procurement and sustainable travel. Working closely with our colleagues managing the OZEV on-street residential chargepoint scheme (ORCS) and Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure scheme (LEVI)​ and supporting the transition to electric vehicles.

Formerly in Transport Strategy at Nottingham City Council, working with business and other organisations to promote sustainable transport. Expert in Workplace Parking Levy (WPL) and Parking Management solutions. Also worked with partners in the rail industry.

Originally from an IT background with several years in project management and software development in telecommunications. Also worked as a manager in the charitable sector. Studied AI before it was fashionable!
