Andy Shrimpton has been in the bike trade for over 30 years and has been selling e-bikes for 24 of them. Andy dates his involvement in cycling to a trip to Copenhagen in the 1980s which awakened him to the possibilities of the bicycle to transform city life.  An energetic cycle advocate, active travel campaigner, leading light in York Cycle Campaign and Indie York,  he is passionate about independent business, urbanism, community life and localism. Andy has an MBA from the University of Leeds Business School.
