Since the installation of #Papilio3 in April 2023 at Bentley Motors, Crewe, it has become a hugely popular workplace and fleet EV charging hub! The unit has generated almost 12,000kWh of electricity from the rooftop solar and provided on average, over 260 charge sessions each month. This allows fast charging of 12 electric vehicles simultaneously, using renewable electricity.
 
Made in the UK, Papilio3 is built around a recycled shipping container, is easily transported and can be installed in under eight hours. The rooftop solar can generate up to 20,000kWh of electricity per annum to support EV charging or can be fed back to the building or the grid. It is for these reasons and many more, that Papilio3 has won 5 awards in the last 12 months!
