Dr Richard Lowes is senior associate at clean energy think tank the The Regulatory Assistance Project and leads their Europe Heat and Buildings Team, he’s also an honorary lecturer at the University of Exeter. He previously helped lead the home energy advice team for FullyCharged and lives in an efficient and electrified house.
