Kate Harris, HR Business Partner - Reward at Eversheds Sutherland. Kate has spent the past 15 years in the Reward space overseeing all things employee compensation and benefits. Having recently joined Eversheds Sutherland she recently launched the Tusker EV scheme for UK employees which has seen great engagement in its first few months. Kate also has experience of launching the benefit at her previous organisation and is happy to discuss all things EV and the practicalities of implementing the scheme for an employer.
