In 2012 Jess founded the content agency Jet Social, which specialises in strategic content creation for mobility and climate tech startups. Led by Jess, Jet Social helps future-focused brands engage with their audiences through impactful storytelling and data-driven thought leadership. Alongside this, Jess runs a motorsport business and is the team principal of RM Electric in the eSkootr Championship for 2025.
