Her recent work focuses on identifying and addressing the barriers consumers face when electrifying their heating systems, including developing an independent heat pump information website and tackling challenges within the current planning system.

She also leads 'Visit a heat pump,' a platform that connects homeowners with hosts who share their experiences of living with heat pumps, helping to demystify the technology and encourage wider adoption.
