Dr. Billy Wu is a Reader (Associate Professor) and Director of Research at the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London. He co-leads the Electrochemical Science and Engineering research group which works at the interface between fundamental science and engineering application of energy devices such as batteries and hydrogen fuel cells. Cross cutting activities include: energy materials discovery, multi-scale modelling, understanding degradation, thermal management, control and techno-economics. He is also the Chair of the Faraday Institution Training and Diversity panel.
