Alessia is a lecturer in management studies within the Faculty of Business and Law at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge and specialises in responsible business practices and sustainability. Alessia is involved in a few consultancy projects where she researches innovative and sustainable work solutions for international clients to help people flourish in their work and contribute to sustainable development. Alessia is an active researcher in the field of circular economy and sustainability and her PhD research explores the extent to which ESG commitments are embedded into corporate business practices and how these can be fostered.
